Subscriber is solely liable for evaluating the Stock Signals and for any and all investment decisions made by Subscriber, whether or not any investment decision made by Subscriber is based on the Stock Signals published by Crypton. As such, you, the subscriber, hereby generally and completely release Crypton, and its affiliated, related, parent and subsidiary entities, and its and their current and former directors, officers, employees, shareholders, partners, agents, successors, affiliates and assigns (collectively the “Crypton Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities and obligations, both known and unknown, that arise out of or are in any way related to events, acts, conducts or omissions occurring in connection with your subscription to and/or use of Crypton’s Stock Signals (collectively the “Released Claims”).
