Discover Line’s Five Thrilling NFT Games: Made for Gamers, Launching in 2023!

Line Next, a United States-based NFT-centric subsidiary of the company behind the popular Asian social app Line, has announced the first five games to be released on its Web3 gaming platform Game Dosi in the second half of 2023. The new Web3 games include Sweet Monster Guardians, Vestria the Last Order (VLO), KEROZ, Drawship Kingdom Reverse, and Project GD, the latter of which is an internally-developed IP that will span multiple games over time. Each title will feature unique game mechanics, according to the company.

Sweet Monster Guardians, a browser-based strategic defense game from developer Movisoft, will be the first Game Dosi title to offer NFT pre-sales. Players will need to strategically place unique characters in this game that revolves around strategic placement. Vestria the Last Order is a collective role-playing adventure game with a Final Fantasy-style vibe, which allows players to embark on quests together. Developed by SIS Studio, the game will be available on both PC and Mac.

KEROZ, a mobile and PC action-adventure game created by Superflex, will cater to those who prefer dungeon-crawling “roguelike” games. Drawship Kingdom Reverse, a browser-based game from Nolatency Limited, gives players the opportunity to win NFT rewards through the use of avatars, machines, and dolls. Meanwhile, Project GD, described as a competitive trading card game (TCG) with NFT-based decks of cards, is yet to have specific details disclosed.

Game Dosi’s official launch is set for May 18, with the company planning to offer a membership sale consisting of gold and platinum-tier NFT passes, granting additional benefits such as early access to new games. Adhering to the mantra of “Gamer First, Web3 Next,” Game Dosi will also provide NFT rewards from its upcoming Project GD game to players who complete certain missions available on the company’s community website by the deadline of May 31.

Furthermore, a raffle event for a second chance at winning NFT prizes will be held, with participation based on the number of Discord sign-ups received for Game Dosi. In addition, a secondary lineup of games described as “featuring globally popular content” is set to be released in the second half of this year.

Game Dosi is built on the Finschia blockchain, a network previously known as Line Blockchain, and even earlier as the Link Chain. LINK is the native cryptocurrency of Finschia.

This is not the first time Line has ventured into NFTs. IPX, the parent company of the popular Line Friends characters, recently unveiled a collaborative partnership with Chiru Labs, the company behind Ethereum-based NFT project Azuki. The brands plan to explore potential content and merchandise opportunities together featuring their respective IPs.

In summary, Line Next’s newly announced Web3 gaming platform, Game Dosi, is set to release five unique NFT games in the second half of 2023. With an official launch scheduled for May 18, the platform will offer various membership sales and rewards to players, further highlighting the ongoing incorporation of NFTs and blockchain technology into gaming.
